Starting Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Ventura Manufacturing is seeking experienced Production Team Members to join our 2nd shift team . If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and have a proven manufacturing background, we'd like to talk with you.

At Ventura, you'll be part of a team that produces components and assemblies for furniture, automotive, and consumer products while working in a clean, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform production and assembly tasks safely and efficiently
Rotate between workstations and learn multiple production processes
Follow quality standards and work instructions
Work with teammates to meet production goals
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

2+ consecutive years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related industrial experience
Basic math skills
Ability to read a tape measure
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and with a team
Commitment to safety and quality
