PRN Mental Health Clinician (LPC or LCSW) Location: Davant, LA – Inside the Plaquemines Parish Detention Center. Day shift on site. Job Summary A Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor provides assistance to individuals needing social and human services. Responsibilities include delivering medical, mental health, and public health support, managing casework, coordinating psychosocial community services under the direction of a Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatrist, implementing community educational programs, assessing problems, determining appropriate treatment methods, and applying intervention methodologies in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
