Brand Ambassador

Now Hiring: Wine and Spirits Brand Ambassadors

We are seeking dependable, professional Brand Ambassadors to represent national, international, and local wine and spirits brands at in-store promotional events. You will engage customers, share accurate product information, and help create a welcoming, well-organized brand experience in major retail locations such as H-E-B, Kroger, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Total Wine & More, and Spec's.

Responsibilities

• Represent assigned wine and spirits brands at scheduled in-store events.
• Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable, responsible product information.
• Set up, maintain, and break down the promotional table or display.
• Build professional working relationships with store employees.
• Submit required event photos and documentation promptly after each event.
• Follow all retailer, company and applicable alcohol-service requirements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of experience conducting in-store alcoholic beverage demonstrations.
• Current Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification.
• Minimum age of 21, as required for this alcohol-related role and applicable Texas requirements.
• Smartphone capable of submitting event photos and documents.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
• Availability for weekend events.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales, retail, account management, customer service, hospitality, education, marketing, public relations, or related experience.
• Familiarity with wine and spirits or a willingness to learn product knowledge quickly.
