TUDOR Boutique - Sales ProfessionalFink's Jewelers is hiring a Sales Professional to join the team at the TUDOR Boutique in SouthPark, Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a background in luxury retail, though not required, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a dedication to providing exceptional client experiences. The candidate will also look to excel in customer service through excellent communication, comprehensive product knowledge, positive demeanor, and an authentic enthusiasm for the TUDOR brand. If you are passionate about sales activities, interacting with customers, and contributing to a positive environment, we want you on the team in our newest boutique.Qualifications:Strong client service and sales abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding organizational skillsProficiency in computer skills (MS Office)Proficient storytelling skillsPolished and professional demeanor.Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities:Create personalized interactions for optimal customer experiences.Demonstrate knowledge about company merchandise and remain up to date as new products are introduced.Strive to create a good impression and deliver memorable service to clients, exhibiting a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry with a focus on storytelling and hospitality.Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.Comply with all company guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in all company publications.Build effective working relationships with team members.Organize merchandise and displays accordingly to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.About Fink's JewelersFounded in 1930, Fink's Jewelers is family owned and operated.
