Responsibilities Deliver efficient and effective nursing care after an orientation period under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe conditions and report changes in status. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or be pending licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
