Workday Configuration Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Pennington, NJ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Duration: 12 Month

Day to Day

• Ravi runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology
• This resource will each be allocated to the recruiting and HCM function
• This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems
• This is NOT a production support role, this is HANDS ON

Must Haves

• 7+ years working within Workday Configuration
• Can go into Workday and change a business system
• Can build from scratch
• 5+ years of Core HCM configuration
• 3+ years with workday talent acquisition
• Performance management experience within workday
• Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON
• Experience demonstrating builds to the business
• Able to explain what they built and why
• Experience working with offshore teams
• Experience with workday implementation and all day-to-day processes
• Good communication, self-starter, eager to learn

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $58- 63 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
