Customer Experience Lead Front-End Leader & Team Coach

Burlington

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead in Wilmington, NC. You will lead front-end operations, support associates, and ensure the sales floor is stocked and ready to serve customers.

This hands-on leadership role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to adapt priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll collaborate with store leadership and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
