LPN / LVN (Nursing)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our primary care office in Lakeview. This position involves providing high-quality patient care and support within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule
- Day Shift: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM
- Total Weekly Hours: 40
Duration
This position is for a duration of 8 weeks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience is required
- Must hold a valid nursing license in New York
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Responsibilities
As an LPN/LVN in this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care and assisting with daily living activities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' health and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Supporting physicians and registered nurses in delivering patient care
- Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients
