RCS Project Controls Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CAIndustry: Aviation / Infrastructure

RCS partners with public agencies and major capital programsbringing deep expertise in planning, scheduling, cost management, and project execution across large-scale environments. Together, Praxis and RCS are seeking high-caliber professionals ready to contribute to complex aviation and infrastructure programs in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Make an Impact on One of the Nations Most Complex Capital Programs Rupert Construction Services is seeking a Project Controls Manager with deep experience supporting large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction programsideally within aviation environments. This role plays a critical function in ensuring projects stay aligned on schedule, budget, and execution strategy across a highly dynamic stakeholder landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Support project milestones by reviewing work activities and coordinating micro-phasing schedules
- Collaborate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cost tracking, reporting, and compliance with project controls standards
- Develop and maintain schedule resource loading and progress monitoring systems
- Prepare executive-level reporting and communicate budget/schedule variances
- Review contractor payment applications for alignment with progress and schedule updates
- 15+ years of project controls experience on large-scale construction programs
- Strong background supporting design and construction of complex infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to communicate technical project data to leadership and stakeholders
- Experience with aviation programs strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Primavera P6 (preferred)
- Project management systems such as Prolog or Expedition
- Strong reporting and analytics capability
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Masters degree preferred
