Job Details

We are looking for a takeoff professional who can interpret civil drawings and calculate quantities for materials including concrete, asphalt, and debris removal.
Ideal candidate qualifications:

• Experience performing takeoffs for civil or construction projects.
• Strong ability to read site plans, grading plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with estimating software or digital takeoff tools is a plus.
• A background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
