This role is key to enhancing performance, ensuring safety, and fostering continuous learning across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Deliver daily technical training and supportPartner with leadership to support new hire orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training.Conduct skill assessments, provide feedback, and track training progress.Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and learning solutions while promoting safety.Support hiring processes, conduct interviews, and train across all shifts as needed.How You Will Impact WestRockStrengthen team performance by improving skills and certification timelines.Drive efficiency by reducing training time, minimizing risks, and promoting continuous improvement.Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
