Wild Adventures 3766 Old Clyattville Rd Valdosta, GA 31601, USA Responsibilities Operates assigned ride(s) in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures Knows, follows, and enforces all check 5 standards Enforces and adheres to all park, ride, and safety policies and procedures Completes all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly Maintains excellent Guest Service and ensures guest relation problems are handled appropriately, including directing, answering questions and interacting positively Must be able and willing to ride attractions daily Represents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly manner Satisfies Wild Adventure’s standards for performance and conduct (e.g., reports to work regularly and on time) “Create Memories Worth Repeating” for our Guests by exceeding guest expectations Perform other duties as assigned Position Qualifications Enthusiastic – Ability to bring energy to the performance of a task Energetic – Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work Friendly – Ability to exhibit a cheerful demeanor toward others Safety Awareness – Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures Accountability – Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions Patience – Ability to act calmly under stress and strain, and of not being hasty or impetuous Conflict Resolution – Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation Honesty / Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work‑related problems Responsible – Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one’s conduct Applied Learning – Ability to participate in needed learning activities in a way that makes the most of the learning experience Education High School Graduate or GED preferred. Experience None Certifications & Licenses Position requires completion of ride certification. Other Requirements Position requires team member to be at least 16 years of age. Position requires team member to read, write, and speak English. Physical Demands N (Not Applicable): Activity is not applicable to this position.
