What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment. • High school diploma or GED required; additional relevant education or equivalent experience preferred. • 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, production scheduling, inventory control, or ERP/MRP systems preferred. • Experience with automotive industry practices and standards preferred. • Understanding of EDI functions and basic transactions preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • High personal integrity and commitment to quality in all work performed.
