Company Info
We are partnering with a distribution company on the northwest side of Indianapolis seeking a Shipping Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role working alongside a small team to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Job Summary

Lead and support a team of 5-6 shipping associates
Oversee daily shipping operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist with loading, packing, and preparing outbound shipments
Monitor workflow and help prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Train and support team members, providing guidance as needed
Step in to troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly
Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Willingness to stay late when needed to complete daily workload

Location
Park 100 area (Northwest Indianapolis)

Position Type
Full-Time, Evaluation-to-Hire

Schedule
Monday-Friday
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime as needed

Pay
$19.50-$20.00/hour

Qualifications

Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations
Experience leading or overseeing a small team preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to stay late and support the team as needed
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
