Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Emergency Dept

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a full-time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our RWJ hospital-based critical care team. This position provides advanced clinical care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing care Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and labs Perform procedures within scope of practice Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Respond to patient emergencies and rapid changes in condition Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care coordination Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Jersey Critical Care, Acute Care, or ICU experience preferred Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills ACLS certification required Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-based environment Additional Information Full-Time Medical benefits, PTO, 401K with match Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare system #J-18808-Ljbffr Physicians-Practice-Enhancement-LL
