Greenup Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a full-time Admissions Coordinator to support admissions and intake operations in our skilled nursing facility.

This role works closely with hospitals, referral sources, insurance providers, and internal teams to coordinate smooth, timely admissions. We are seeking someone organized, responsive, and comfortable managing referrals, insurance verification, and admission documentation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday

• Full-time

What You'll Do

• Review incoming referrals and clinical documentation

• Verify insurance benefits and manage prior authorizations

• Coordinate admissions with hospitals and case managers

• Communicate with nursing, therapy, and leadership teams

• Ensure admission paperwork and documentation are complete

• Support census growth through timely referral follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Admissions, intake, scheduling, or case management experience preferred

• Insurance verification or authorization experience strongly preferred

• Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

• CNA or clinical background welcomed

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay & Benefits

• $45,000/year
