Leasing commissions are also available! We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, person to fill a position as a full-time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Seattle area. This position starts at $21/hour, plus commissions and benefit options (health/dental/vision/ 401k). The position require working weekends. Will train the right candidate. Responsibilities Present apartments to prospects Assist residential management team Answer phones, emails, and generally communicate on behalf of the community Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques Provide accurate information on the different features of properties Validate application information and references Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements Keep abreast of the property market status Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically Skills Proven working experience as a leasing consultant preferred, but will train the right candidate Reliable and punctual Basic understanding of MS Office Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunlight Staffing LLC
