We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative or Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Work with qualified leads. No cold calling. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information. Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards. Qualifications Entry level and experienced agents can apply. Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one. We can show you how to get you license if you do you not have one. Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Must live in U.S. Pay and Benefits This is a 100% commission based role. No cap on your income. Monthly bonuses. Residuals paid on policy anniversary.
