Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Corpus Christi, TX that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.
Practice Overview:
- Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
- Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
- EMR: Allscripts
- Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries
Position Details:
- Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week
- No Call
- No Nights or Weekends
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000
- Start Bonus: $20,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Retention Bonus
- Productivity Bonus
- Total compensation : $300K+ by year 2
- Partnership Track: Includes base + productivity + equity
