Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities Conduct assessments of bio‑psycho‑social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence‑based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5–6 clients per day; minimum of 25 clients per week required Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of approximately 3-4 clients per day; minimum of 15 clients per week required Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits Starting at $40 per hour; paid bi-weekly
