Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect with a Salesforce background

to help our clients integrate, configure, and implement Salesforce DataCloud solutions. You will

work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless

implementation and optimization of DataCloud solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce DataCloud Implementation:

o Design, configure, and implement Salesforce DataCloud solutions (e.g.,Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, etc.) to meet client requirements.

o Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements and translate them

into technical solutions within Salesforce DataCloud.

o Integrate Salesforce DataCloud with external systems, including third-party

applications, databases, and other cloud platforms.

Data Architecture & Management:

o Define and implement data models, structures, and architecture best practices

within Salesforce DataCloud.

o Ensure that data flows between systems are streamlined, accurate, and efficient.

o Manage data security, governance, and compliance within Salesforce DataCloud.

Client Engagement:

o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance on DataCloud

implementation and strategy.

o Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure proper

understanding and adoption of solutions.

o Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting to resolve any data-related

issues.

Collaboration:

o Work closely with internal technical teams (e.g., developers, architects, business

analysts) to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of DataCloud

solutions.

o Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and client meetings to drive projects

forward.

Continuous Improvement:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce DataCloud features, updates, and

industry trends.

o Recommend enhancements to improve the performance and scalability of the

DataCloud implementation.

Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise:

o Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce

CDP) or related Salesforce products.

o Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, tools, and integrations.

o Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architect or similar

credentials are a plus.

DataCloud & Cloud Solutions:

o In-depth experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau,

AWS, Azure).

o Strong background in data integration, data management, and data modeling.

o Proficiency in using APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines for data movement

between cloud applications.

Technical Skills:

o Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming/scripting languages for

data transformation and automation.

o Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Project Management & Communication:

o Strong communication skills to work with clients and technical teams, explaining

complex concepts clearly.

o Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira,

Confluence) is preferred.

Problem Solving:

o Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical challenges in

DataCloud environments.

Preferred Experience:

 8+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud or similar Salesforce

solutions.

 Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

 Previous experience in data architecture, ETL pipelines, and working with large data

sets.
