As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants in finding and leasing properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and contribute to the growth of our company.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available unitsAssist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checksRespond to inquiries from potential tenants regarding property features, leasing terms, and rental ratesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities, including tenant information, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out datesCoordinate with property management to ensure that units are move-in ready and address any maintenance or repair issues promptlyUtilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential tenantsCollaborate with marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting available propertiesStay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our properties in the marketSkills:Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential tenantsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient in data entry and record keepingKnowledge of property management principles and practicesFamiliarity with facilities management and maintenance processesUnderstanding of real estate administrative proceduresExperience in property leasing is preferred but not requiredProficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plusJoin our team as a Leasing Agent and take part in helping individuals find their ideal rental home.
