CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) – Outpatient Imaging Cornerstone Staffing Solutions | On behalf of our client Location: Santa Clara County, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends) Assignment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire Pay: $2,656.00 - $3,172.00 per week (DOE) Position Overview: Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join a leading outpatient imaging team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-quality care environment where advanced imaging technology supports accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Imaging & Technical Execution: Perform CT (Computed Tomography) scans using advanced imaging equipment Select and adjust technical parameters to ensure optimal image quality Accurately capture cross-sectional images to assist in diagnosis Maintain proper operation and care of imaging equipment Patient Care & Safety: Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions Review patient history and ensure all pre-scan requirements are met Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy Communicate findings and workflow updates with clinical staff Support a smooth patient flow and positive clinic experience Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document procedures in EMR systems Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized and efficient imaging workflow Adhere to scheduled appointments and departmental standards Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction Qualifications: Associate’s degree from an accredited radiologic technology program ARRT (R) certification required CT certification required (ARRT-CT or equivalent) Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license BLS certification required Venipuncture certification required Minimum 3 years of CT experience Technical Skills: Experience with PACS and RIS systems Familiarity with EMR platforms (EPIC preferred) Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient positioning Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy Excellent patient interaction and communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a team Dependable, adaptable, and committed to quality care Why Join Through Cornerstone Staffing Solutions?
