Inventory Planner - Madison

Summary The Inventory Planner will manage strategic product distribution and maintain optimal stock levels across boutiques and channels. This role leads allocation processes, conducts forecasting and analysis, and partners with cross-functional teams to support sales and inventory goals. Responsibilities Manage product allocation across boutiques and channels, including initial sends, replenishment and auto-replenishment. Build and maintain pre- and in-season allocation plans and develop min/max levels by item and SKU. Monitor inbound receipts, track store-level sales trends and flag stock-outs, overstock and BOH capacity concerns. Conduct ad-hoc sales analysis and forecasting, assess SKU and store performance, and develop allocation reporting and dashboards. Collaborate with Merchandising, Logistics, Retail Operations and IT on product launches, seasonal transitions and strategic initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning or a related field. 2 years of experience in allocation, planning or merchandise management. High proficiency in retail math, Excel, forecasting, data analysis and modeling. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage large datasets and drive process improvements.
