Part-time Teller (Lane County)

Location & Compensation Position: Part‑time teller / Enrichment Representative (Lane County, Oregon) –1‑5 branch locations within a 15‑mile radius of Eugene, OR . Pay: $21–$23 per hour, with potential incentives. Spanish‑speaking tellers who pass a test earn an extra $2 per hour. Responsibilities Assist members with financial transactions and provide a positive member experience. Serve as the face of the credit union, asking individualized questions and delivering personalized service. Educate members on products and services, communicating benefits and building trusted relationships. Work 18–24 hours weekly, with shifts of 3–4 hours for lunch coverage or 2–3 full weekdays (including Saturday). Schedule is set 4–5 weeks in advance and will not exceed 24 hours per week. Qualifications At least six months of customer‑service experience. Strong cash‑handling skills. Experience working in a business‑office setting preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
