Job Description
Chandlers Prime Steaks | Fine Seafood is looking for a passionate, organized and outgoing person to join our team of Food and Beverage Professionals as a Host.
Host Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Answering multiline phone calls, taking memos, notes
- Making Reservations using OpenTable software
- Confirming upcoming reservations
- General restaurant preparedness for nightly operations
- Miscellaneous filing
- Desire to learn with a positive outlook
- Ability to work with your team of staff members

- Welcome guests with warm interactions
- Start the experience in an energetic and positive manner that makes the guest feel well cared for
- Possesses a sharp eye for detail
- Handles busy situations in a warm and professional manner
- Identifies and recognizing repeat guests
- Drive to make the dining experience unique and special
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to anticipate and understand guest's needs
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Clear and eloquent communication skills with proper grammar
- Mature and Professional Demeanor
- Previous OpenTable experience a plus
