Experience: Prior outpatient PT experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $68.05

Assist in evaluating patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular function through formal and informal testing.

Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans based on assessment data and patient tolerance.

Document treatment regimes and coordinate with physicians to ensure care plans are aligned and updated as needed.

Educate patients and their families on pathology, prognosis, and treatment procedures including exercise, modalities, and other interventions.

Support the physical therapy team by delegating activities to assistants and aides.

Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

Required:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a patient-centered care team

Preferred:

• Prior experience with assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in a healthcare setting
