Digital Project Manager

3B Staffing LLC

Manage project teams comprised of digital resources, marketing resources, business resources, and others tasked with developing and maintaining marketing & digital solutions used by Caterpillar dealers, customers, and internally.
Facilitate program and project workshops, plan development and compression sessions, plan control meetings, and other project meetings independently. Serve as process owner and coach within View email address on click.appcast.io framework.
Understand and adhere to divisional and corporate governance processes.
Provide leadership and mentor less experienced Digital Project Managers.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills are necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
