Nurse Practitioner - Rheumatology

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Rheumatology Full‑time outpatient position located in San Antonio, TX, working as part of a small rheumatology team. Work Hours & Scope Full‑time, 4/10 schedule; no nights, no weekends. Outpatient‑only; no hospital responsibilities. Qualified to perform infusions and joint injections. Responsibilities Manage a patient panel of 14–16 patients per day, providing thoughtful, complex rheumatology care. Conduct rheumatology‑focused procedures such as infusions and joint injections. Collaborate with rheumatologists and a rheumatology NP to deliver coordinated, integrated care. Qualifications Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Minimum 1 year of rheumatology experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required). Demonstrated passion for chronic disease management and patient education.
