Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Manage client orders from receipt through packing, shipping, invoicing, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Inventory Management & Control

Maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, conduct routine counts, monitor product availability, and proactively identify replenishment needs.

Purchasing & Replenishment

Coordinate approved purchases with suppliers, track incoming inventory, and ensure products and packaging supplies are replenished on time.

Accounts Receivable

Manage client invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

Operations Reporting & Improvement

Provide regular operational updates, identify potential issues, and improve processes to maintain efficient and reliable daily operations.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on inventory handling, packing, and shipping.

Preferred

• Experience in operations, inventory management, purchasing, or order fulfillment.
• Experience in consumer products, food and beverage, or hospitality supply operations.
