What You'll Do Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN or LPN license Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team Correctional nursing experience is welcomed but not required.
