Description Supports the General Manager by executing the highest standards of shift performance against established operational guidelines. Working with fellow employees, peers and management staff to continually improve, communicate and execute shift objectives is a key component of this shift leader position. Compensation Up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in maximizing the financial success of the restaurant by ensuring productive shifts. Lead by example, motivate the crew, take initiative and deliver outstanding customer service. Communicate and execute shift objectives and continually improve operations. Position Requirements Must have reliable transportation. Must be 21 years of age or older.
