Key Responsibilities Assist Project Supervisors: Provide support to the project supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. Grade Stake Maintenance & Layout: Utilize GPS equipment or lasers to assist with the maintenance and layout of grade stakes for accurate project execution. Coordinate Tasks On-Site: Help coordinate and execute tasks on the job site, ensuring that operations are running smoothly and on schedule. Safety Compliance: Maintain a focus on safety while performing all tasks and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Driver's License & Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site are required. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Safety-Oriented: Ability to follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure tasks are completed properly and efficiently. Work Ethic & Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of the team.
