You'll evaluate patients, manage common urologic conditions, assist with procedures, perform inpatient rounding, and help coordinate care throughout the patient journey.This role offers excellent exposure to procedural medicine and is ideal for providers who enjoy variety, teamwork, and continuous learning.What You'll DoEvaluate and manage patients with a wide range of urologic conditions in outpatient and inpatient settingsPerform in-office urologic procedures with physician mentorship and trainingAdminister intravesical therapies and assist with bladder treatment protocolsPerform catheter placement, exchanges, troubleshooting, and ongoing catheter managementAssist physicians with surgical procedures as neededRound on hospitalized patients and coordinate inpatient careParticipate in a light weekday phone call schedule and shared call rotationEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure careDocument patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical recordCollaborate with physicians, nurses, hospital staff, and referring providers to ensure exceptional patient careWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Eager to learn and develop specialized clinical skillsPassionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered careAdaptable and comfortable working in both clinic and hospital environmentsCollaborative, dependable, and team-orientedInterested in procedural medicine and surgical specialtiesMotivated to build a long-term career in urologyRequired QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programActive Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)DEA registration or ability to obtain before startNew graduates are encouraged to apply.
