What You’ll Be Doing 


As our next Packer (3rdShift, ) , you will be at the center of keeping things moving, responsible for packing and moving finished products that support customers and operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring products flow accurately, efficiently, and on time for our customers. 

• Responsible for packaging and labeling products according to production schedule.
• Verify documentation and quality of product before final packaging.
• Work according to safety regulations at all times and reports unsafe conditions immediately to lead person.
• Operate robot, pallet jack, and other electronic machinery as necessary.
• Cleanliness and organization matter, maintaining a safe and orderly workspace through daily upkeep
• Safety is always top of mind, following all guidelines and reporting any concerns immediately
• You are willing to step in and support troubleshooting efforts, including assisting with equipment in the high-bay area when needed

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• You are known for reliability, dependability, and taking ownership of your work
• Attention to detail is one of your strengths, especially when handling product accuracy and documentation 
• You are comfortable being on your feet standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift
• You bring a hands-on mindset, using tools and equipment safely and effectively

Requirements

• Ability to work 3rd shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM, Monday-Friday/Some Saturdays)
• Physically able of lifting up to 25 lbs. (regularly) and 50+ lbs. (occasionally)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and moderate noise
• Adaptable and safety-conscious, with the ability to work at heights using proper equipment when needed 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods
