Studio Flex45 is seeking highly motivated and experienced Yoga, Sculpt, Pilates & Spin Instructors to join our team. Our studio is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of fitness & wellness classes. We are looking for a qualified candidates who can lead students through a safe and effective practice, while inspiring them to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead classes for all levels of students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
• Create class sequences that are challenging, yet accessible and safe for all students.
• Provide modifications and adjustments to students as needed to ensure proper alignment and prevent injury.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the studio, and ensure that students feel comfortable and supported.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.

Qualifications:

• 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from a recognized program.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in a studio setting.
• Strong knowledge of yoga postures, sequencing, and alignment principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
