Customer Service Rep (01612) 12 East Main St. Full-time Job Category: Store Customer Service Rep Responsibilities Operate all equipment used in the store. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the work area, including the walk‑in cooler. Prepare product for sale and for customers. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and the facility on a daily basis. Provide clear written and verbal instructions to co‑workers or customers as needed. Make accurate monetary change and handle cash transactions. Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders. Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler sections to 90 °F or higher in some areas; sudden temperature changes; food fumes; cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces and tools up to 500 °F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Demands Stand for most tasks, walk short distances on tile or linoleum. Lift up to 50 pounds in bulk product deliveries, typically by hand truck. Carry items weighing 3–30 pounds, including cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough. Push or pull trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force. Climb stairs or ladders infrequently to change prices, wash walls, or perform maintenance. Stoop or bend at the waist for tasks at the pizza assembly station or front counter; duration ~30–45 seconds repeatedly. Crouch or squat occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
