Retail Associate – Inventory Starter Wage : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Part‑time position : Ability to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional flexible hours. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales Representative, Driver or Warehouse work is encouraged. No inventory experience is required; training will be provided. Ability to stand, walk and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands for repetitive motions, perform low‑level actions such as squatting, kneeling or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and occasionally travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
