Fire Alarm Technician

We are recruiting Fire Alarm Service Technicians on behalf of a well established company for their branch location in the Pompano Beach, FL area . This branch is an Edwards distributor and provides integrated solutions for commercial fire alarm systems and low voltage systems in Central and South Florida.

- Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and system upgrades, including checking wiring, batteries, detectors, and control panels.
- Diagnose service issues and respond to repair calls, completing work independently with minimal supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to support accurate installation and system integration.
- Maintain detailed service records, follow all safety standards and regulations, and use required PPE and proper tools at all times.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in installation, service, testing, troubleshooting, and programming of fire alarm systems required.
