Job Description Medical Assistant – Pediatric Office (Anaheim, CA) Mayflower Medical Group Mayflower Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistantto join our pediatric team in Anaheim. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting providers in delivering high-quality care to children and their families. Korean-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary Under the supervision of the Medical Office Manager, the Medical Assistant supports physicians and providers with both administrative and clinical duties in a fast-paced pediatric setting. Key Responsibilities Manage patient phone messages and tasks; document accurately in EMR Perform patient callbacks per provider instructions in a timely and professional manner Room patients efficiently while maintaining clinic flow and schedule Record patient history, care provided, treatments, and charges clearly in EMR Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits and procedures Administer medications and assist with procedures within scope of practice Ensure completion and accuracy of referrals and related paperwork Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam and patient care rooms Follow all safety protocols, including infection control and PPE usage Maintain current knowledge of medications, sterile techniques, and waste disposal Keep CPR and required certifications up to date Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Korean language skills a plus Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare insurance Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a busy environment Strong communication skills with staff, providers, and management Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve effectively High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability Job Details Job Type:Full-time Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift Setting:Outpatient pediatric office (Anaheim, CA) Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Requirements certified Medical Assistant current CPR Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required Join a team committed to providing exceptional pediatric care in a supportive and collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
