Supply Chain is a customer-focused Center of Excellence providing industry-leadingservicewhile delivering differential value to the business, today and into the future.We separate our Supply Chain functions into several areas; these includelogistics, customer fulfillment, services, trade compliance, and support for business processes and systems.

As a member of our dynamic Supply Chain Team,you willberesponsible forthe pricing and billing of invoices for sales contracts and orders. Responsibilities also include pricing of purchase contracts and obtaining theappropriate DOAsignatures to process purchases for payment.You mayalso handle Intercompany and Interdivisional pricing, and execution of rebates.

This position reports to the Pricing Supervisor and islocatedat our North American Headquarters in Downtown Houston. The position offers a competitive base salary, bonus, 401K matching, generous benefits package, pension plan, parkingsubsidyand employee discounts.

A Day in the Life

• Act as the main point of contact for all customer pricing-related issues.
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders,clearly understandcustomer and system requirements such as rebates, provisional or formula pricing.
• Effectively deliver andfacilitatecommunication across sales, marketing, and supplychainto provide answers to price inquiries.Proactively provide solutions to time-sensitive needs.
• Assure accuracy of pricing data in SAP and extended systems.
• Enter contract pricing information into analytical tools for reporting.
• Generate and analyze reports for the businesscontainingdata required to develop formula pricing calculations and competitive pricing discussions with customers.
• Provide recommendations to the business based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer and market data.
• Collaborate with the business to execute monthly price changes, update customer price files based on changes in relevant commodity market prices.
• Implement mass price updates by incorporating price protection and caps, where applicable, to ensure accuracy.
• Assure invoice accuracy,monitormetricsandleadefforts toenhanceoperational excellence andimprovecustomer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the business and credit to investigate and resolve chargebacks.Determineroot causes,identifytrends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate independentknowledge of the Enterprise system (SAP), extended system tools, andassistsales and team memberswith fullutilizationof these tools.
• Operate with a solution-oriented mindsetwith regard toprocess improvements; Assist with change implementation for extendedsystem improvementsor other customer fulfillment projects.
• Partner with peers to provide solutions, guidance to resolve customer orbusiness relatedproblems.
• Model LyondellBasell core competencies with internal and external customers.

You Bring This Value

• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' relevant, industry-related experience.
• A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Will consider candidates with a High School Diploma that have at least 8 years' relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
