Description Market leading healthcare organization looking for a Bilingual Physician for an onsite role in Orlando, FL. As a Physician, you will perform routine clinical care for patients and provide comprehensive medical services. Responsibilities Conduct routine check‑ups to assess patients' health conditions. Conduct examinations of patients with illnesses. Intake and update the patient's medical history. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Interview, examine and diagnose patients during clinic visits. Order appropriate diagnostic tests, interpret results, and communicate appropriate treatment options to patients. Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary. Review and maintain patients' records and medical histories in a timely fashion and record patients' progress. Perform minor surgical procedures such as wound care, suturing, joint aspirations, injections, and administer immunizations. Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens; discuss potential side effects and ensure allergy information is up to date. Provide education and counseling to patients and families. Accurately record healthcare diagnoses to ensure correct billing. Stay current on the latest medical research, practices, and procedures. Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, quality‑improvement objectives, safety, environmental and infection‑control standards. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, federal and state laws. Complete administrative assignments as requested by the Medical Director and partner with providers. Participate in monthly provider team meetings and performance reviews with the Medical Director. Qualifications Current Florida License (Full or ACN) or ability to obtain one. BLS certification. Fully bilingual (English/Spanish). EMR experience. Primary Care Physician practice experience. Experience managing Medicare Advantage patients or Value‑Based Care. eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience (preferred). Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine (preferred). Shift & Job Type Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm. Job type: Full‑time, Permanent. Pay Pay is based on experience and license type.
