License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.

Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Must-Have:

• At least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must work at least every other holiday.

Description: This position is for a Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse. The nurse will work day shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week. The role requires a strong background in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing. An ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during the orientation process. An acceptable score is required on both assessments. The traveler will receive a maximum of two attempts to pass the assessments. Additional requirements include providing one supervisory reference in the specialty for submission. Candidates must be nicotine-free, and a negative drug screen is required within 12 months of the start date. Candidates with any background checks or license issues may not be considered for hire. Candidates must complete background checks and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process. Extensions may be available based on client needs, with a break period afterward.
