Role Description This full-time, on-site Production Worker role is based at Alpha Foods Co.’s facility in Waller, TX. The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations on production lines, including preparing materials, monitoring processes, and operating machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas, inspecting products for quality, following production schedules, and reporting any equipment or product issues to supervisors. The role involves working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to all food safety, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Production Assistance and working on Production Lines. Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and basic equipment handling. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail. Candidates should be Easily Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and hygiene standards. Reliable attendance and punctuality, with willingness to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
