Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 19:00

Experience: 2 years Cath Lab Tech experience

License: Must have active state license at the time of submission

Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Must-Have: Experience with Impella, Rotablader, and IABP

Description: 2 updated supervisory or higher references are required at time of submission. Candidates must have 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience. No first-time travelers accepted. Weekend coverage is required. On-call duty is required for one night per week. Scheduling requests cannot be accommodated. The average caseload is 4-7 cases per day. Procedures may include left and right heart catheterizations, coronary angiograms, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs). High-risk PCIs using supportive devices such as intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABPs) or Impellas are included. Other responsibilities may involve thrombectomies, temporary and permanent pacemaker/AICD insertions, and pericardiocentesis. Required skills include obtaining vitals and rhythm interpretation. Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a sterile field and supporting various procedures.
