Medical Technologist - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour nights, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with every fourth weekend required.

Job Description

Join our clinical laboratory team as a Medical Technologist, where you will be responsible for specimen testing and analysis. This role requires a minimum of two years of recent experience within the specialty of medical technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various laboratory tests and analyses on specimens.
• Ensure that laboratory standards are maintained, including cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to provide accurate and timely test results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Medical Technologist.
• Certification from ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS is required.
• Preferred experience in a clinical lab setting.
• Please note: Only Medical Technologists and Medical Lab Scientists will be considered. Medical Lab Technicians will not be considered.
