• Mon - Thu, 6 am - 4 pm (10hr shifts) plus nightly beeper call
• 24-hour weekend call -- Fri 6 am through Mon 6 am
• 10 - 15 patients per shift
• Inpatient practice setting -- both inpatient and outpatient rounding
• Supervision model -- 1 MDA with 2 - 3 CRNAs on per day
• MAC, general anesthesia, endo, GI, ortho, regional, and peds cases
• Skills required -- central line, arterial line, post-op extremity blocks
• 3 operating rooms
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
