Permanent or Long-Term Hem/Onc Provider in beautiful Southern Washington

• Location: Walla Walla, WA

• Start date: ASAP

• End date: Ongoing

• Setting: Clinic/Hospital Outpatient/Inpatient

• Schedule/Coverage: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm + Call: 1:2 clinic, hospital/ER nights & weekends; also open 5 a 4 day work week - Tuesday - Friday

• Caseload: 98% in clinic, 2% in hospital; 100% Oncology; 15 patients per day

• Salary: 

• Permanent - Base, without bonus = $520,000; Potential = $600,000 - Base + value based compensation
• CMEs - Cover 5 days per year from discretionary fund @ $5500 annually
• Relocation Assistance - $15,000
• Member Association Fees - covered
• Malpractice Insurance w/Tail - covered
• Sign on Bonus - $50,000
• Loan Repayment - Qualifies for PSLF
• Bonus & Incentives - Retention $20,000 for 5 years = $100,000 total

• Credentialing/Privileges Timeframe: 60 days

• Requirements:

• Board Certified 
• Active, Unrestricted License in Washington or attain WA license; IMLC Accepted
• Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB (no current suits, unresolved cases or large payouts in past 7 years)
• Willingness to relocate
