Position Overview Warehouse Team Lead – Raleigh, NC. Candidates will lead a night‑shift warehouse team, ensuring optimal operations and continuous improvement. Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and distribute daily work duties to team members. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles. Assist in orienting employees and provide necessary technology and tools. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading. Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
