Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• OK state license required at time of submission
\n
• AHA BLS required at time of submission
\n

Assignment Details

\n

\n
• 8-hour shifts
\n
• Monday through Friday schedule
\n
• Facility can consider a 4-day workweek if noted at time of submission
\n
• Mixed inpatient and outpatient setting
\n
• Primary need is inpatient care
\n
